Recreational classes

we offer a family-oriented gym that provides classes for all ages and skill levels to come to better themselves, have fun, build RELATIONSHIPS, and stay active. 

SESSIONS

Winter/Spring Session: January-May

CLASS LENGTH AND COST

50 Minute sessions
$50 - 65/month
$15 sign-up fee
$40 yearly registration/insurance fee
Class offerings: Preschool, beginner young & old, intermediate basics, intermediate, advanced level 1, advanced level 2
PRIVATES
30 Minutes Sessions $40
30 Minutes Split Private Session $50 total (2 KIDS)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Preschool (Ages 3-5)
PREREQUISITE: None 


In this class, kids will enjoy learning the basics of stretching and warming up. They will improve in coordination, balance, and strength as they learn basic tumbling skills. Tumblers will start to learn body awareness as well as basic tumbling terms.

 Beginner *split in older and younger class*
PREREQUISITE: None  


In this class the tumblers will learn the value and importance of warming up your body and stretching. Tumblers will start to learn body awareness and will work on developing better coordination, flexibility, and balance.

    We will do some light conditioning at the end of class to help strengthen their muscles to help prevent any injuries as well as to help them perform better with their skills. 
    Intermediate Basics (Ages 5+)
    PREREQUISITE: All skills learned in the beginner class


    In this class, kids will enjoy learning the basics of stretching and warming up. They will improve in coordination, balance, and strength as they learn basic tumbling skills. Tumblers will start to learn body awareness as well as basic tumbling terms.

    • Cartwheel Variations
    • Power Round Off
    • Bridge
    • Front Limber
    • Bridge Kickover

    We will do some light conditioning at the end of class to help strengthen their muscles to help prevent any injuries as well as to help them perform better with their skills. ​


    Intermediate (Ages 6+)
    PREREQUISITE: 
     All skills learned in the Intermediate basics class

    ​This class continues to work on warming up and stretching to improve strength and flexibility as well as continuing to develop better coordination and balance.

     Advanced Level 1 (Ages 6+)
    PREREQUISITE:  All skills learned in the intermediate class

    In this class we will start by warming up and stretching to guarantee our best performance during class. 
    This class will be learning advanced combinations and skills such as... 
    • round off back handspring in bagjump
    • round-off back-handspring x 3
    • standing back-handspring x 3
    • front handspring
    • whip
    • side aerial
    • front tuck

    We will do some light conditioning at the end of class to help strengthen their muscles to help prevent any injuries as well as to help them perform better with their skills. 


    Advanced Level 2 (Ages 6+)
    PREREQUISITE:  All skills learned in the advanced level 1class

    In this class we will start by warming up and stretching to guarantee our best performance during class. 
    This class will be learning advanced combinations and skills such as...
