At Upper Valley Tumbling, we are more than a gym—we are a family, a foundation, and a place where athletes of all ages can grow in confidence, strength, and character. Proudly owned and operated by Whitney and Alan Meginness, our program was built on passion, perseverance, and a deep love for helping athletes succeed both on and off the mat.
Whitney, a dedicated coach and entrepreneur, has spent years building a strong, supportive tumbling community. Her vision has always been bigger than just skills—it’s about creating a space where every athlete feels seen, valued, and capable of greatness. With the expansion into Valley Royals All-Star Cheer, that vision has grown into something even more powerful: a program where athletes are trained with purpose, discipline, and heart.
Alan, known to many as “Coach Bacon,” plays a vital role behind the scenes and on the floor—bringing energy, support, and a genuine love for the athletes and families that walk through our doors. Together, Whitney and Alan have created an environment that feels like home.
