At Upper Valley Tumbling, we provide a positive, supportive environment where athletes of all ages and abilities can grow in confidence, strength, and skill. Our tumbling program focuses on strong foundations, proper technique, and steady progression — celebrating every milestone along the way. Our All-Star Cheer program, Valley Royals, was created to offer a competitive cheer experience that is welcoming, family-oriented, and built on teamwork, discipline, and character. We train athletes to perform with confidence, pride, and purpose — both on and off the mat. Above all, we are a community.
